A Canmore Wedding Photographer's Helicopter Wedding : Captured by Jenna Grey

As a Canmore-based wedding photographer, I've always been drawn to the rugged and unspoiled beauty of the mountains. So, when the opportunity arose to capture a wedding ceremony at the iconic Banff Springs Hotel, followed by an adventurous Canmore helicopter wedding photoshoot in the heart of the Rockies, I was absolutely thrilled.

 

The day began at the Banff Springs Hotel working with the incredible wedding planning team of Lynn Fletcher Weddings - a venue that exudes old-world charm and elegance and the wedding planning to match. The grandeur of the hotel, coupled with the intricate details of the wedding itself, was a visual delight. From the stunning bridal gown, carefully selected for its delicate lace details, to the rich, deep hues of the floral arrangements, each element was a testament to the couple's impeccable taste.

 

Post the ceremony, the real adventure began. In the heart of Canmore, a helicopter awaited us. Whisking the newlyweds away for a photo-shoot like no other, we soared high above the breathtaking vistas. There's something incredibly special about capturing a couple's first moments as husband and wife, surrounded by the raw beauty of the mountains from such a unique vantage point.

 

The portraits from this session were undoubtedly some of my favorites. The couple, basking in the glow of marital bliss, against the backdrop of snow-capped peaks and azure skies, created a truly enchanting juxtaposition.

 

I'm grateful for the opportunity to provide a full day of coordination for my clients, ensuring their special day unfolds seamlessly. From arranging the helicopter ride to coordinating with all vendors involved, I take pride in offering this higher-end experience.
